System Requirements and Compatibility

The following are the system requirements for accessing the website. If the system does not meet these requirements the website may not display or respond as expected. Consult the remainder of this technical note for additional information.

Screen Resolution: 1024x768 16-bit colors or higher

Network: 10 Mbit or better

Sound: The content is presented with audio; Headphones optional

Plugins: Adobe® Flash® Player 10; Adobe Acrobat® Reader 9 or higher; Quicktime™ 7.6 or higher

Additional: Confirm that pop-up blockers are disabled, JavaScript is active and Cookies are allowed; Confirm Firewall allows full communication with ThinkCentral on ports 80 and 443
If using a proxy, allow traffic to and from http://www-k6.thinkcentral.com and https://www-k6.thinkcentral.com and do not cache pages from ThinkCentral
