Peter hears a growl from under his bead and knows a pesky polar bear is back. When Peter tries to call the zoo, the bear stops him. The bear makes Peter bring it food, comb his fur, push it on the swing, and much more. At last, Peter sprinkles itching powder on the bear and says it's shrinking power. The terrified bear runs away.
